westin hand crafted culinary experience

Experience the art and passion that Italians put into pasta! Together with our experienced team of chefs, you will create 2 great pasta dishes from start to finish. Learn to make homemade pasta from a few staple ingredients using a few simple techniques; then create pasta dishes celebrating the flavors of the season. At the completion of the class, enjoy the fruits of your labor with a great glass of wine and some special Italian inspired accoutrements prepared by the Westin Culinary team.

BURNT CHURCH DISTILLERY tour

Bluffton comes alive through the Burnt Church Distillery History and Production Tour. You will learn about the storied history of Bluffton and how it progressed through the antebellum age to present day, when Distillery co-founders discovered the mysterious origins behind Burnt Church Road. The tour continues through the Distillery’s campus as guests gain insight about the mechanics and ingredients that make our South Carolina-sourced products the best in class.

Shuttle service provided to and from The Westin Hilton Head Resort, leaving the resort lobby at 1:30pm and departing from Burnt Church Distillery at 4:45pm.

The Lowcountry Oyster Roast is a traditional event in South Carolina featuring fresh, locally-harvested oysters. Our Chefs will share their culinary expertise on grilling, steaming and shucking, as well as preparing other southern favorites. Please join us for a night of live music from “Best of Savannah 2022” musicians Keystone Postcard, spectacular beachfront views, and the best of Lowcountry cuisine.
